1.1. No Affiliation or Endorsement

MLTV is an independent esports information platform operated by SURGE Europe s. r. o. and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or administered by MOONTON Games or its affiliates. Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and its related names, artwork, game assets, and intellectual property belong to MOONTON Games and/or its licensors and are referenced only to identify the game covered by MLTV.

1.2. Third-Party Rights

Any intellectual-property, image, personality, or other rights in third-party photographs, player likenesses, broadcasts, logos, trademarks, team or tournament names, and similar material remain with their respective holders. Display on MLTV does not transfer those rights to SURGE Europe s. r. o. or imply approval, partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by a rights holder.

2.1. Informational Use

Third-party material is used where relevant for esports reporting, statistical analysis, historical documentation, and identification of matches, players, teams, tournaments, and game elements. MLTV aims to use no more than reasonably necessary for that context, does not offer third-party assets as standalone products or downloadable collections, and grants no licence to reuse them. Nothing in this disclaimer waives any defence, exception, limitation, or lawful-use right available under applicable law.

2.2. External Content and Accuracy

MLTV may link to or embed content and services controlled by third parties. Those providers are responsible for their content, availability, and terms, and a link or embed does not imply endorsement. Esports schedules, results, statistics, rosters, and related information may change or contain errors and are provided for general informational purposes without a guarantee of completeness, continuous availability, or accuracy.

3.1. Submitting a Notice

A rights holder or authorized representative may report material believed to infringe a copyright, trademark, image right, or another protected right by emailing [email protected]. The notice should identify the right concerned, the exact MLTV URL and disputed material, explain the basis of the claim, include the notifier's name, email address, authority to act, and available supporting evidence, and confirm a good-faith belief that the information and allegations are accurate and complete.

3.2. Review and Action

We will assess sufficiently detailed notices and may request clarification, temporarily restrict access, remove or replace material, correct attribution, or take no action where a claim is unsupported or the use is lawful. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may seek information from the source or another affected party. Remedial action is a risk-management measure and does not by itself constitute an admission of infringement, liability, ownership, or wrongdoing.
