2.1. MLTV Service

MLTV is a free, publicly accessible information service covering Mobile Legends: Bang Bang esports, including players, teams, events, matches, results, rankings, and statistics. MLTV does not currently provide user accounts, paid services, or a facility for visitors to publish content.

2.2. Application of the Terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of MLTV. By using MLTV, you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. Mandatory rights granted by applicable law remain unaffected.

3.1. Website and Database Rights

The MLTV name, website design, software, original text, and the selection, verification, arrangement, and presentation of the MLTV database are protected by applicable intellectual-property and database laws and belong to SURGE Europe s. r. o. or its licensors. Rights in third-party material and the underlying esports facts remain unaffected, as explained in our Intellectual Property & Content Disclaimer.

3.2. Restrictions

You may use MLTV for lawful personal and informational purposes. Unless permitted by law or authorized by us in writing, you must not reproduce or reuse all or a substantial part of the MLTV database; repeatedly and systematically extract or reuse smaller parts in a way that conflicts with normal use of the database; interfere with security or operation; bypass access controls or technical restrictions; introduce malicious code; impersonate MLTV or SURGE Europe; or use automated requests at a volume that may impair the service. Ordinary indexing by public search engines in accordance with our published technical instructions is permitted.

4.1. Informational Nature

MLTV compiles information from multiple sources. Esports schedules, rosters, results, statistics, and other information may change, be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. The service is provided for general information and historical documentation and should not be treated as professional, financial, or betting advice. Please report content-rights concerns and material errors through the procedure in our Intellectual Property & Content Disclaimer.

4.2. External Services

MLTV may display, embed, or link to content and services operated by third parties. We do not control their availability, security, content, or terms, and a reference to them does not imply affiliation or endorsement. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms and policies.

5.1. Availability and Changes

MLTV is provided on an as-available basis. We may correct or update content and modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, including for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every error will be corrected immediately.

5.2. Limits Permitted by Law

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SURGE Europe s. r. o. is not liable for loss arising from reasonable reliance on inaccurate or incomplete third-party information, temporary service unavailability, third-party services, or use of MLTV contrary to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any mandatory consumer right.

6.1. Privacy and Other Policies

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed, our Cookie and Local Storage Policy describes browser storage and related technologies, and our Intellectual Property & Content Disclaimer addresses third-party material and rights notices. These documents form part of the rules applicable to the relevant aspects of MLTV.

6.2. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protection under the law of their habitual residence or restrict any court jurisdiction available to them under applicable law.

6.3. Changes and Severability

We may update these Terms prospectively when the service, applicable law, or our practices change. The current version and its update date will be published here. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
