MPL MENA

MPL MENA Season 10 sends the region back into the race for M8

Eight teams from across the Middle East and North Africa are competing through MPL MENA Season 10 for a $61,000 prize pool and two opportunities to reach the M8 World Championship.

The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League MENA Season 10 (MPL MENA S10) brings another season of top-level competition to the Middle East and North Africa.

Eight teams entered the league on September 11, beginning a new battle for the regional title, a share of the $61,000 prize pool and a place on the road to the M8 World Championship.

For the strongest teams in the region, Season 10 is about more than winning another domestic trophy.

The final standings will determine who carries MENA forward onto the international stage.

Eight teams enter Season 10

MPL MENA Season 10 features eight organisations competing for the regional crown:

  • Team Falcons
  • Geekay Esports
  • Titan Esports Club AR
  • GS Team
  • Will of D
  • Twisted Minds
  • XProjekt Esports
  • Axe Okami

The field combines established MENA organisations with new challengers looking to break into the region's top competitive tier.

With every team meeting during the Regular Season, there is little room to avoid direct competition with the strongest rosters in the league.

A Single Round Robin Regular Season

The MPL MENA Season 10 Regular Season began on September 11 and runs through the opening part of October.

All eight teams compete in a Single Round Robin, meaning each team faces every other participant once.

Every series is played as a Best of 3.

With only one series against each opponent, every matchup carries significant weight.

There is no return fixture later in the season to correct a bad result.

Every game matters in the standings

MPL MENA uses a points system that rewards teams based on the final score of each Best of 3 series.

ResultPoints
2–0 Win3 points
2–1 Win2 points
1–2 Loss1 point
0–2 Loss0 points

A clean victory therefore carries additional value, while taking a series to the deciding game can still reward the losing team with an important point.

Across a short Single Round Robin, those differences can quickly become decisive.

A single game can separate a favourable Playoff seed from a much more difficult road through the postseason.

Hybrid Elimination raises the stakes

After the Regular Season, MPL MENA moves into a Hybrid Elimination Playoff format.

Unlike a traditional bracket where every team begins with the same conditions, Regular Season placement plays an important role in shaping the postseason path.

The format combines an early elimination stage with a later bracket that gives the strongest surviving teams another opportunity after a defeat.

That makes the Regular Season about more than simply progressing.

Finishing higher can mean entering the most important stage of the tournament from a stronger position and reducing the number of elimination matches standing between a team and the Grand Final.

$61,000 on the line

MPL MENA Season 10 features a total $61,000 prize pool.

The financial reward adds another layer to a season already carrying major regional and international importance.

For the eight competing organisations, the objective is to turn Regular Season consistency into a deep Playoff run before the final series determines the new MENA champion.

But the largest opportunity comes after the domestic competition ends.

Two roads toward M8

Season 10 connects directly to the M8 World Championship.

The MPL MENA champion will earn direct qualification to M8, while the runner-up will continue the journey through the M8 Wildcard.

Final ResultInternational Qualification
ChampionM8 World Championship
Runner-upM8 Wildcard

The pathway creates two different opportunities for MENA to reach the world stage:

MPL MENA Season 10 → Champion → M8 World Championship

MPL MENA Season 10 → Runner-up → M8 Wildcard

Reaching the Grand Final therefore guarantees that the season continues beyond MPL MENA.

The only question is which route each finalist will have to take.

Geekay enters as defending champion

Season 10 follows a campaign that ended with Geekay Esports claiming the MPL MENA Season 9 championship.

Geekay defeated Team Falcons in the previous season's title race before representing the region internationally at the MLBB Mid Season Cup 2026.

The result added another chapter to a MENA scene where several organisations have been capable of reaching the top.

Season 10 now resets the competition.

The defending champion must prove itself again, while seven other teams have another opportunity to take control of the region.

MENA continues its international push

MPL MENA has become an increasingly important part of the global MLBB competitive ecosystem.

Teams from the region now regularly compete beyond their domestic league, facing opposition from Southeast Asia, Europe and other emerging regions at international events.

That experience continues to raise expectations inside the league itself.

For established organisations such as Team Falcons, Geekay Esports and Twisted Minds, regional competition is only one part of the season.

MPL MENA is also the gateway to the international matches that follow.

For newer challengers, Season 10 offers the opportunity to break into that same conversation.

The road ends at Istanbul

The destination this season carries additional importance for MENA.

The M8 World Championship will conclude in Istanbul, Türkiye, bringing the M Series to the wider EMEA region.

For MPL MENA teams, reaching M8 means competing on MLBB's biggest stage while remaining closer to their home region than in many previous World Championships.

Before that opportunity arrives, however, there is still a regional title to win.

Eight teams started the journey.

Only the strongest will remain when MPL MENA reaches its final series.
